Post-Event Support
The Executive Office Academy fully supports that competency cannot be assessed in the classroom. Competency must be evaluated on the job. The road to being competent starts with obtaining initial knowledge and skills in a secure environment such as the classroom. Thereafter support is required by Bosses, peers, mentors or coaches on the rest of the journey until one is comfortable with their ability to perform at a competent level.
For those requiring it, the Academy offers pre & post-event support in the form of coaching and/or mentoring services. The objective is to assist participants after their course or seminar with a personal touch to help them improve their understanding, performance or development.
