EOA Challenge – Six Months After

How has your work life changed in the 6 months after the EOA Challenge?
(EOA Challenge was held from 17 -19 March 2017 and this feedback obtained from personal face-to-face interviews between 17-31 October 2017)

Executives

  • Definitely built trust and improved our relationship.

FOR EXECUTIVE TEAMS

EOA Challenge caters equally for the traditional partnership of the duo in an Executive Office or for an Executive with his or her team to build focus and trust.

PARALLEL PROGRAM

An optional component is included for spouses or personal partners to attend. This is to complete the dynamics of the partner at home and the partner in the office.

PROGRAM CONTENT

The program is a mix of classroom interaction; breakouts; partnership exploratory sessions; outdoor and indoor learning experiences. Minimum duration of two days and two nights.

LOCATION

The EOA Challenge can be held in any country, close to suitable venues for outdoor activities.
