Want to know what makes a good EA?
Curiosity.
Curiosity keeps us from stagnating, from resting on our laurels, from uttering the phrase “It’s always been done that way.” Curiosity makes us better at our job.
Curiosity means that experience isn’t 20 years doing the same thing. Curiosity means staying ahead. It’s acquiring different skills sets, introducing new working practices and tools to be more effective and efficient. It’s about adding elements to a brief that would otherwise not surface. It’s using what we have seen, heard and read to better perform. It’s about being motivated. It’s about listening to different viewpoints and analyzing the pros and cons. Curiosity is about keeping an open mind. C is not for complacency.
C is for curious.
C is for EA.
